Planner Builder · Letter, A4, A5, Half Letter, KDP
The Motivational Hub's Planner Builder exports a print PDF in six sizes: US Letter and A4 for a home printer, A5 and Half Letter for binders and discbound systems (two per sheet), and KDP paperback interiors at 6 × 9 and 8.5 × 11 with bleed and gutter already applied for the page count. Page numbers are on, links are off, and the file is drawn for 100% printing with no scaling. Seven planners are free; a custom planner is $9, once, in every size.

Pages from the builder's own files, drawn at the US Letter size. Preview is scaled; the download is native resolution.
What you get
8.5 × 11 in. Print at 100%, never "fit to page". Two-sided, flip on the long edge. Page numbers on.
210 × 297 mm. Same rules as Letter.
148 × 210 mm, compact layouts. Print two per sheet on A4 or Letter, or send to a printer that cuts A5. Fits A5 ring binders.
5.5 × 8.5 in, compact layouts. Print two per sheet on Letter; punch for a Junior discbound or a Classic-size ring binder.
Paperback interiors with 0.125-inch bleed and a gutter set by the page count, page numbers on. Upload as the manuscript PDF.
Letter and A4 are for a home printer and a standard binder: full-size pages, the roomiest layouts, and the simplest printing. A5 and Half Letter are the sizes real planners are sold in; both use the compact layout set, so every page still fits, and both print two per sheet so a 60-page month is 30 sheets. Half Letter matches the Junior discbound and Classic-size ring systems; A5 matches A5 ring binders and most planner covers sold in that size.
The two KDP sizes are for people who want a bound paperback, either for themselves through a print-on-demand order or as a book they sell. Bleed and gutter are already applied for the file's page count, so the interior uploads as-is.
Page numbers, first: every print edition numbers its pages, and the cover lists what is inside, because there are no tabs to tap. Links are left out entirely so nothing prints as a stray box. The amber theme is available for color printing; the ink theme prints cleanly in black only. Both are drawn with margins that survive a home printer's unprintable edge, which is why the file must go out at 100% and not "fit to page": scaling moves the punch margin.
Download the size you want from step 7 of the builder. Print at 100%, two-sided, flipping on the long edge for Letter and A4. For A5 and Half Letter, use your printer's two-per-sheet (booklet or "2 pages per sheet") option on Letter or A4 stock, then cut and punch. The download includes a one-page print guide with the same steps.

Yes. Set the date range in step 4 of the builder to a single month and the file is about 60 pages; or print a page range from a longer file. Dated planners also come undated, so a page you print today is still right next year.
No, the file is single A5 pages so it also works with a printer that cuts A5. Use your printer's "2 pages per sheet" or booklet option to put two on a Letter or A4 sheet.
Yes. Bleed (0.125 in) and gutter are applied for the page count of the file, and page numbers are on. Upload the PDF as the paperback manuscript; the cover is a separate file you make yourself.
