Apps · Android first, iPhone planned

Find out what you want.
Then keep it in front of you.

Two apps for the gap between wanting something and doing something about it. Define Your Desires works out which of your wants are really yours. Digital Goal Cards keeps the ones that survive in front of you, in your own words, a few times a day.

Define Your Desires

What do you actually want?

Most goals come from wants nobody examined. Some belong to a parent, a partner, or your feed, and getting them feels like nothing. This app finds out which of yours are real, and why, before you spend a year on them.

  • Name up to three wants. Nine short steps check each one three ways: what you say (four whys, hope versus should, this-or-that trade-offs), what you do (yesterday's hours, the stories you tell, who you envy), and how it would feel (an ordinary Tuesday a year from now, what you'd regret at 80).
  • A verdict for each. Truly yours, a stepping stone, borrowed from someone else's voice, hollow, or buried. Plus the eight things people want most, ranked in your order, with the reasons shown.
  • Then a plan. The wants that survive get two-week, one-month, and three-month outcomes, the internal obstacle, and a fifteen-minute first step with a day attached. Check-ins at 14, 30, and 90 days ask whether you went after it and whether it felt good.
  • Someone who knows you can weigh in. Six questions for a friend or partner. Wants you never listed but keep answering around get a card of their own.

Everything stays on your phone unless you choose to share a result.

Digital Goal Cards

Less a tracker than a way of returning to what you already decided.

Goals don't die of not wanting them enough. They die of drift. Three weeks in, the thing you decided in January is still true, and you just haven't looked at it. This app makes sure you look.

  • One card per goal, in your own words. Who you're becoming, the concrete outcome, why it matters, the obstacle you'll actually hit, and an if-then plan for when you hit it.
  • A quiet notification, a few times a day. A single line from the card. Tap it and the whole card opens. Press and hold for three seconds to confirm you read it, which turns a reminder you'd swipe away into something you actually re-read.
  • An honest count, no streak to break. "Read 23 of the last 30 days." A missed day costs you a day, not a month, so there's nothing to give up on.
  • Insight that's useful. When you return, and when you don't. If the evening is where the card lands, you'll see it.

Your cards live on your phone.

How they fit together

Decide it. Keep it. Work it.

01 Decide what's yours

Define Your Desires. Twenty minutes, three wants, a verdict on each. Do this before you set a goal, not after.

02 Keep it in front of you

Digital Goal Cards. The goal, in your own voice, a few times a day, for as long as it takes.

03 Work it on paper

The Mindset Sheets and the Planner Builder are where the weekly and daily work happens. Same ideas, printed.

Free to start.

The core of each app costs nothing. A premium unlock adds the extras for people who want more.

Android first.

Both apps are being built for Android and will land on Google Play. An iPhone version is planned after that. Join the waitlist either way and you'll hear the day it applies to you.

Not therapy.

Self-help tools built on well-studied methods. They work best alongside real support, not instead of it. If you're in a hard place, call or text 988.
