Planner Builder · Boox Note Air 4C and Note Air

A planner sized for the Boox Note Air.

The Motivational Hub's Planner Builder exports a PDF at 1860 × 2480 pixels, 300 ppi, the native size of the Boox Note Air 4C and Note Air. Open it in NeoReader, turn on the pen-input toggle, and the tabs and dates respond to a tap while the pen writes on every page. The ink theme is drawn for grayscale, which is the right choice on the 4C's screen. Seven planners are free; a custom planner is $9, once, for every device.

What you get

One file per model, at its own size.

Boox Note Air 4C / Note Air

1860 × 2480 px at 300 ppi. Grayscale layouts (the 4C's color layer is half resolution, so the ink theme is the sharp choice). Tap navigation in NeoReader with the pen-input toggle on.

Why grayscale on a color Boox

The Note Air 4C shows color at half the resolution of its grayscale layer, so thin colored lines look soft while black lines stay sharp. The builder's ink theme is drawn entirely in blacks and grays for exactly this reason, and it is the default for every Boox file. If you want the amber theme for a print copy later, the same planner exports both.

What the file looks like in NeoReader

Every page has an edge tab strip and a header with previous and next arrows. In a month grid, a tap on a day opens that day; the week column opens the week; the header on a day page goes back to its week. NeoReader follows the internal links that make up all of this. One Boox-specific step: NeoReader has a pen-input toggle, and while it is on, a finger tap navigates and the pen writes. Leave it off and taps may scroll instead of following links.

Margins are set for the Note Air's bezel so the writing area does not run under your palm, and form lines are drawn at a gray the screen renders without dithering.

Getting it onto the Boox

Download the Boox file from step 7 of the builder and move it to the device: over USB, with BooxDrop on the same Wi-Fi, or through whatever cloud folder you have connected. Open it in NeoReader, turn on the pen-input toggle, tap a tab to confirm the links, and write. The download includes a one-page read-me with the same steps.

The seven free planners

These download complete, with no watermark and no signup, in every format including Boox:

  • Basic Planner. Month grids, week spreads and a daily page with priorities, schedule and to-dos (about 445 pages for 12 months).
  • Weekly Proof Sheet. A week page only: what you controlled, learned and are proud of, with an execution score (about 70 pages).
  • Done List. A daily done list, five small wins and three short identity lines, undated (about 96 pages).
  • Monthly Reset. Plan, focus and habits, then a review, one month at a time (about 46 pages).
  • Mindset Habit Tracker Pack. A monthly grid, a 66-day chain, a year in pixels and the never-miss-twice rule (about 17 pages).
  • Mindset Audit. The wheel, a life audit, a values sort, a mission and a roadmap (6 pages).
  • Year / Birthday Reset. Four pages looking back, a word for the year, a letter to your future self (6 pages).

The other thirteen (The Reset (daily), Six Lines, One Page One Thing, the 90-Day Mindset Sprint, the Stoic Reset, the Mindset Lock-In, the January Reset, the Reseller Reset, Alcohol-Free Days, Midlife Restart, Small Wins + One Kindness, the Goal Workbook, and the faith edition of the Reset) and anything you customize, down to a planner started from a blank cover, are $9 one time. That buys the exact planner you built for every device and paper size, with unlimited re-downloads from the license key in your receipt. Only the device, orientation and tab side stay adjustable afterwards; changing pages or dates makes a new planner.

Questions

Do the links work on a Boox?

Yes, in NeoReader with the pen-input toggle on. Every tab, month-grid day, week column and prev/next arrow is an internal PDF link. With the toggle off, a tap may scroll the page instead.

Will it work on other Boox models?

The file is 1860 × 2480 pixels, the Note Air family's size. Other 10.3-inch Boox notes at that resolution display it natively; a different screen size scales it. If you have a different model, tell hello@themotivationalhub.com the resolution and it can be added.

Should I use the color theme on the 4C?

For the planner itself, no: the ink theme stays sharp because the 4C renders grayscale at full resolution and color at half. The same planner exports the amber theme for print if you want color on paper.

Is it really free?

Seven planners are free as they come, with no watermark and no signup: the Basic Planner, Weekly Proof Sheet, Done List, Monthly Reset, Mindset Habit Tracker Pack, Mindset Audit, and Year / Birthday Reset. The rest, and anything you customize, are $9 one time for that planner on every device.

Can I re-download for a different device?

Yes. The license key from your receipt re-downloads the same planner in any of the sixteen formats, any time.
