About The Motivational Hub
Not motivation to watch. Tools to use. A worksheet on the desk, a planner sized for the notebook you actually carry, an app that puts your own words back in front of you a few times a day. Everything here exists for one gap: the one between wanting something and doing something about it today.
What's in the Hub
Ninety-six printable and fillable worksheets in fourteen packs. Each one names the research behind it, ends with one action, and comes with a filled-in example. Three of them are free.
02 Planner BuilderPick a planner type, your device, your dates, and edit it page by page. Download a PDF cut exactly for reMarkable, Kindle Scribe, Supernote, Boox, a tablet app, or print.
03 AppsDefine Your Desires finds out which of the things you say you want are actually yours. Digital Goal Cards keeps the ones that are in front of you, in your own words.
04 MusicUplifting, positive-message tracks for the drive, the gym, and the reset. On Spotify and everywhere else you stream.
How decisions get made here
The useful thing is free; the deeper thing costs a little. The Starter Kit and seven planners cost nothing and always will. The packs and custom planners are a few dollars, and what you buy is yours to keep and re-download.
Every sheet carries two sentences of the actual research behind it, in plain English, on the page. If a method can't be explained, it doesn't get made. No mystery and no hype.
These are self-help tools built on well-studied methods. They work best alongside real support, not instead of it. The pages that need it carry the 988 line, and none of them will ever pretend to be treatment.
A note from the founder
I found the classic success philosophy in 2011: Hill, Nightingale, Rohn, and the people who came after them. It worked. It also came almost entirely as books and speeches, and the hard part was never the idea. It was the Tuesday after, when the idea had to turn into something on a page or a plan for the week. The Motivational Hub is the set of tools I wished had come in the back of those books: the worksheet that makes you write the reframe down, the planner that fits the notebook you carry, the app that puts your own goal back in front of you. I use them myself, which is why they keep changing.
